From the olive groves of Tunisia to your kitchen

The Journey Begins

Abdel, one of the founders, grew up with Tunisian extra virgin olive oil, and has family with orchards — and has a small one himself. He was surprised that so few people in America had ever tasted it: so after filling our suitcases each visit in Tunisia for years so we would not run out... we started this company.

Tunisia is the world's fourth-largest producer of olive oil, yet its oils remain largely unknown outside the Mediterranean. The country's ideal climate — hot, dry summers and mild winters — combined with centuries of olive-growing tradition, produces oils of extraordinary character.

Why Tunisia?

The Sfax region in southern Tunisia is considered the gold standard for olive oil production. The Chetoui and Chemlali olive varieties grown here produce oil with exceptionally high polyphenol levels — often exceeding 400 mg/kg, well above the EU standard for "high polyphenol" designation.

Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants linked to reduced inflammation, improved heart health, and protection against chronic disease. The peppery, slightly bitter taste you notice in high-quality EVOO? That's the polyphenols at work.

Meet Singaris

Singaris is our flagship extra virgin olive oil, sourced from a single estate in the Sfax region. The name "Singaris" reflects the oil's singular origin — one estate, one olive variety, one harvest. No blending, no shortcuts.

Every batch is cold-pressed within four hours of harvest to preserve the oil's full flavor profile and nutritional content. The result is a bold, peppery oil with grassy notes and a clean finish — perfect for finishing dishes, dressing salads, or simply drizzling over fresh bread.

Discovery

Our founder discovers Tunisian olive oil during Mediterranean travels and recognizes its untapped potential in the US market.

Partnership

We establish a direct partnership with a family-owned estate in Sfax, Tunisia, ensuring fair compensation and quality control from grove to bottle.

Launch

Singaris extra virgin olive oil launches in the US, bringing high-polyphenol Tunisian EVOO to American kitchens for the first time.
